Returns & Refunds Policy

At Keely Aura Outfitters LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
